FEE STRUCTURE
Every effort is made to contain costs for our club teams, however participating in the Club Season requires a significant financial commitment. Teams will play in tournaments across Saskatchewan and may be required to attend out-of-province or outside Canada competitions. Club fees are established annually, and are dependent on the financial success of grant applications, fundraising and sponsorship, Fall Frenzy enrolment as well as gym rental, uniform and tournament costs.
Athletes will receive a team budget and more club information at the parents' meeting. Since JCVC is a non-profit organization, any money that remains at the end of a Club Season (any unused individual fee above $10) will be reimbursed. Each athlete refund may vary; this figure will be determined by each Team Treasurer and approved by the Club Treasurer and Director.
Families can choose to contact the Club for permission to create their own fundraising events to help with costs. Please view our Club Fees section for details on expenses and costs associated with various age divisions.
